Step I: Initial meeting
By phone or in person, our goal here is to get to know you and understand
what you want to accomplish with your
new Web site. We’ll talk
in terms you understand and listen closely as you tell us your ideas,
describe your target audience, explain your key sales message(s), and
relay how you want your website to look and work.
This meeting gives us total insight into your current plans and broader objectives. Using the information we get here, we’ll tell you how we can make it happen and discuss timelines, budgets and cost projections.
Step II: After the meeting
We’ll write a thorough proposal that describes exactly what we’ll
deliver, what it will cost and the timeline to complete the project.
Included in the proposal may be details on search engine optimization,
content management systems and other web tools, domain registration and
hosting options, flash animation and our ongoing-support plan.
In other words, we’ll provide a concrete assessment of what we think is the best solution based on your needs, goals and budget. We’ll send the proposal to you in the mail for review, modifications and approval.
Step III: Design & launch
When you’ve approved the proposal, we’ll get to work. As
we move through the design and development stages, we’ll keep you
updated regularly on our progress. You’ll see the pages as they
unfold, giving you plenty of opportunity to make necessary adjustments
as we move toward completion. Finally, you’ll view the “finished” site
on a private web address. Upon your approval, we’ll open the site
to the public, and you’ll be ready to do business.
